Private Beta legal notice: These pages describe intended practices during private beta testing. They are not a guarantee of full legal compliance in every jurisdiction and may be updated as CAINIX evolves.
Private Beta Scope
CAINIX Private Beta provides invited testers access to the CAINIX Studio manuscript-to-trailer workflow. Features, limits, and availability may change without notice during testing.
Tester Eligibility
Testers must be at least 18 years old and may only use materials they own or control. Testers are responsible for confirming they have rights to any manuscript, image, prompt, or reference material they upload.
Your Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of manuscripts and original creative content you upload. CAINIX does not claim ownership of your manuscripts or original materials.
Limited Processing License
You grant CAINIX a limited, temporary, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to operate the workflow you request during private beta testing. This license ends when processing for that request is complete, subject to reasonable technical retention needed for debugging, support, or legal compliance.
Prohibited Uploads
Do not upload third-party copyrighted works, fan fiction, celebrity likenesses, trademarked characters, branded IP, or private manuscripts unless you have legal rights to use them in this workflow.
AI-Assisted Tools
CAINIX uses AI-assisted analysis and generation. Outputs require human review and may not automatically be copyrightable. See the AI Output Policy for more detail.
Testing Costs
Private beta testing may trigger real API usage and generation cost. Testers are responsible for understanding that live generation features can incur provider charges during testing.
No Compliance Guarantee
These beta terms describe intended practices during testing. They do not represent a guarantee of full legal compliance in every jurisdiction.
Changes and Contact
Beta terms may be updated as testing progresses. Questions can be sent through the contact page or data-rights page.
