Data Rights Notice
This notice explains how testers can contact CAINIX about content ownership, processing, and data-rights requests during private beta testing.
Private Beta legal notice: These pages describe intended practices during private beta testing. They are not a guarantee of full legal compliance in every jurisdiction and may be updated as CAINIX evolves.
Limited Processing License
You grant CAINIX a limited, temporary, non-exclusive license to process uploaded content for the requested Studio workflow. This license is not a transfer of ownership.
Local Workflow Data
Much private beta workflow progress is stored locally in your browser. Clearing browser storage may remove local drafts, acceptance records, and in-progress workflow state.
Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
To request access, correction, deletion, or another data-rights action related to private beta testing, contact CAINIX through the contact page with the subject line “Data Rights Request.” Include the email used for beta access, the Studio route tested, and a clear description of the request.
Response Expectations
CAINIX will review good-faith data-rights requests during private beta, but response timing and scope may depend on what data exists, where it is stored, and whether the request can be verified.
