Use of CAINIX
CAINIX is designed to help authors and creators develop cinematic story worlds, trailers, reels, visual assets, and future AI-native screen experiences.
Creator Ownership
You retain ownership of manuscripts and original content you upload. CAINIX does not claim ownership of your manuscripts. You remain responsible for the stories, prompts, assets, and materials you bring into the platform.
Limited Processing License
You grant CAINIX a limited, temporary, non-exclusive license to process your content only for the workflow steps you request during testing.
Generated and Production Assets
Users are responsible for reviewing generated or prepared materials before publication, commercial use, or distribution. AI outputs require human review and may not automatically be copyrightable.
No Guaranteed Results
CAINIX may assist with planning, prompts, visuals, and production workflows, but it does not guarantee publishing success, audience growth, sales, platform approval, or commercial performance.
Responsible Use
Users should not use CAINIX to create unlawful, harmful, infringing, or unsafe content, and should not upload material they do not have rights to use.
