Your Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload, analyze, adapt, and generate from any manuscript, image, prompt, or reference material you provide.
Third-Party Material
Do not upload third-party copyrighted works, fan fiction, celebrity likenesses, trademarked characters, branded IP, or private manuscripts unless you have legal rights to use them.
Limited Processing License
You grant CAINIX a limited, temporary, non-exclusive license to process your content only for the workflow steps you request during testing.
AI Outputs
AI-assisted outputs may incorporate model behavior, training influences, and prompt context. Outputs require human review and may not automatically be copyrightable.
Reporting Concerns
If you believe content processed during private beta testing infringes your rights, contact CAINIX through the data-rights page with enough detail to review the concern.
